2012 Seafest Arts & Crafts Exhibitor Application

Information:
The Arts & Craft Show will be part of the San Clemente Seafest at the San Clemente Pier in San Clemente. The Arts & Craft Show will be held at Parque Del Mar, North East of the Pier. The entry fee is $250.00 per a 10x10 space. Set-up time is 6:00 a.m. A picture of all the arts & crafts to be sold and payment must accompany your application.

All Vehicles must be off the street by 7:30 a.m. Completely unload vehicle and park. Set-up of booth will take place after vehicle is parked. You must be completely set-up by 8:00 a.m. Arrivals later than 7:30 a.m. will not be accepted, regardless of payment. Placement will be on a first-come, first served basis, there are no assigned numbers. Arts & Craft participants will be intermingled with Business Exposition participants. Once you are set-up you may begin selling.

Participants shall sell only arts and crafts of their own making; all items to be sold must be approved by the Chamber. Absolutely no T-Shirts of any kind, even though it may be handmade, will be sold at this Fair. Craft persons must provide their own equipment, handle their own sales, maintain cleanliness in their station and clean up at the end of the day, leaving the area as clean as they found it. There will be no refunds for cancellations.

We (I, applicant and the business I represent), hereby enter the San Clemente Seafest Arts & Crafts Show at our own risk and will abide by all rules and regulations of the San Clemente Seafest and San Clemente Chamber of Commerce. We further agree that if any damages be occasioned, or loss, or damages occur from any cause, to the booth or table, merchandise, decoration of articles that we may enter with this entry, we will make no claim therefore against the San Clemente Seafest Committee, the San Clemente Chamber of Commerce, the City of San Clemente and the San Clemente Re-Development Agency: and we further agree to indemnify to hold harmless the San Clemente Chamber of Commerce, the San Clemente Seafest Committee, the City of San Clemente and the San Clemente Re-Development Agency against any legal proceeding for personal injuries of property damage arising from an accident of any cause whatsoever. We understand we have, no larger than, a 10x10 space. If it is deemed by Chamber personnel, that my merchandise is not handmade, I will not be allowed to participate and I will not be entitled to a refund.

Note: After the event, you must clean up your area. Your space will be inspected, if there is trash, you will not be permitted to attend the following year. The San Clemente Chamber of Commerce has the right to refuse applicant to participate in the San Clemente Seafest.
