2012 Taste of San Clemente Marketing Space Application

The fee for a 10x10 marketing space is $1,000. There is no exclusivity. Participants must provide their own equipment. There is no sharing of the space. The company signing the application is the only one allowed to do marketing or to utilize the space in any way. The business cannot sell at the event. No space is secured until the proper insurance requirement and payment is made in full. There will be no refunds for cancellations.

Payment, a million dollar certificate of insurance and endorsement (binding the Cert. of Insurance) naming the San Clemente Chamber of Commerce, City of San Clemente & the City of San Clemente Redevelopment Agency, its Officers, Agents and Employees as additional insured, must accompany this application. Call your local insurance agency for details.

Please note: Your insurance will not be accepted without the Endorsement.

We (I, the applicant and the business I represent), hereby enter the above entry at our own risk and will abide by all rules and regulations of the Taste of San Clemente Division. We further agree that if any damages occur from any cause, the booth, merchandise, decoration of articles that we may enter with this entry, we will make no claim therefore against the Taste of San Clemente Division, the San Clemente Chamber of Commerce, the City of San Clemente, or the San Clemente Redevelopment Agency: and we further agree to indemnify and hold harmless the San Clemente Chamber of Commerce the Taste of San Clemente Division or the City of San Clemente against any legal proceeding for personal injuries or property damage arising from an accident of any cause whatsoever. I also agree and understand that my company is the only company utilizing and marketing in the space. I am aware and understand that I will be asked to leave the Taste of San Clemente, with no refund of payment, should I have another company or companies marketing or utilizing at my space. I understand and agree that I cannot sell items at this event. I understand I have, no larger than a 10X10 space.

Note: After the event, you must clean up your area. Your space will be inspected, if there is trash, you will not be permitted to attend the following year. The San Clemente Chamber of Commerce has the right to refuse applicant to participate in the Taste of San Clemente.
