2012 Taste of San Clemente Restaurant Application

Information:
The Taste of San Clemente will be held at the Talega Golf Club, 990 Avenida Talega in San Clemente from 6:00 p.m. until 10:00 p.m. Set-up for the restaurants is 3:00 p.m. and must be completed by 4:30 p.m. Arrivals later than 4:30 p.m. will not be accepted. A 6 foot table, with linen, will be provided for you. Prior to your arrival, placement of the table will be arranged and your business name will be placed on your table so you will easily be able to locate it.

Restaurateurs must provide enough food for approximately 300 guests. Absolutely NO Grease Fryers-Grills must have mat to catch grease. Items you need to provide: Banner or Sign for the table, Chafing dishes, Sterno, Matches, Water, Serving utensils, Plates, Bowls, Utensils, Napkins, Potholders, Trash Bags, Menus/Flyers/Coupons & Decorations-Flowers, Candles, etc. (No glitter or confetti) A $50.00 cleaning refundable deposit is required with submission of application - Please maintain cleanliness in your station and clean up at the end of the day, leaving the area as clean you found it. Cleaning deposits will only be returned if your area is left clean. There will be no refunds for cancellations.

We (I, applicant and the business I represent), hereby enter the Taste of San Clemente at our own risk and will abide by all rules and regulations of the Taste of San Clemente and San Clemente Chamber of Commerce. We further agree that if any damages be occasioned, or loss or damages occur from any cause, to the booth or table, merchandise or decoration that we may enter with this entry, we will make no claim therefore against the Taste of San Clemente Committee, the San Clemente Chamber of Commerce, the City of San Clemente and the San Clemente Re-Development Agency: We further agree to indemnify and hold harmless the San Clemente Chamber of Commerce, the Taste of San Clemente Committee, the City of San Clemente and the San Clemente Re-Development Agency against any legal proceedings for personal injuries and/or property damage arising from an accident of any cause whatsoever. If it is deemed by Chamber personnel that my behavior is unacceptable I will not be allowed to participate and I will not be entitled to a refund.

Note: After the event, you must clean up your area. Your space will be inspected, if there is trash, you will not be permitted to attend the following year's event. DO NOT DUMP GREASE OR Other LIQUIDS. The San Clemente Chamber of Commerce has the right to refuse applicant to participate in the Taste of San Clemente.
