Description

Throughout this four-part series, Joe Johnston, Senior Accounting and Business Development Manager at TGG will be providing useful tools and insight on how business owners can review their financial performance to see how they stack up against the competition using the basic business model as well as the price-value matrix relative to their industry.

The first session in this series will be geared to executives, founders, and managers, teaching basic financial accounting principles along with some universal indicators of business performance, health, and safety.

In the subsequent three sessions, Joe will discuss in greater detail the ideal financial performance of Retail, Manufacturing, and Software businesses by breaking down the ideal basic business model for each industry, reviewing financial opportunities and pitfalls as well as showcasing relevant financial Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
