Little Yogi Summer Program
Yoga for kids is a great way to inspire learning of breath, mindfulness, movement, and having fun! The Little Yogi Summer Program is designed for children between the ages of 4 through 12. Family members are more than welcome to join the class, as there will be interactive exercises and games to encourage connection and a sense of community. The focus is on having fun through movement, engaging with class participants, and creating authentic and meaningful experiences. Classes will also help improve strength, flexibility, coordination, and foster calmness and relaxation. We hope to see you and your child at our next class!
