Fit4Mom South Orange County is OPEN
Join us for Stroller Strides and Stroller Barre at The Outlets.
(other locations in Dana Point and Aliso Viejo)
Grab your stroller, strap in your kids, pull out those rusty yoga pants (who are we kidding, you've worn those everyday), grab your mat/towel/blanket, and head to the Outlets.
It's "bring your kid to WORKout" day, everyday!
You will get a high-energy workout while connecting with other moms in your same shoes (Note: there will be no sharing of shoes
). And your kiddo will be entertained too!
We have free playdates after class, field trips, moms' nights out, and special events every week.
