    San Clemente Estate Law is a boutique firm handling estate planning and administration, trusts and probate.     About Us
    We have a relaxed environment in a great location with a team that works well together. We believe in work/life balance and overtime is rare. We have team meetings daily as well as a weekly meeting. When firm revenue goals are met monthly bonuses are awarded.
    Our ideal candidate has 3+ years’ experience in estate planning and administration, has strong attention to detail, takes ownership for their work, and is a stickler for proper grammar and spelling. You enjoy work independently but also as part of a team.
    Duties include but are not limited to:
    • Drafting estate plans
    • Drafting pleadings for probate matters
    • Handling trust administration
    • Preparing and recording deeds
    • E-filing of documents in court
    • Meeting with clients to review documents
    • Witnessing documents
    Education and experience:
    • 3+ years’ experience in estate planning and administration
    • Associates degree
    • E-filing
    • WealthCounsel software
    • Notary public a plus or willing to become a notary
    • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
    • Excellent writing skills
    Salary commensurate with experience.
