Tim is the founder and CEO of 3West Environmental, Inc. whose professional team draws upon nearly 40 years of experience in Environmental Consulting.


Based in San Clemente, CA 3West Environmental provides residential & commercial inspections for Mold, Asbestos, Lead Paint and Bacteria in Southern California. Our service area includes Orange County, Los Angeles, San Diego and even Riverside & San Bernardino.

We provide the following services:

ASBESTOS:
3West Environmental has Certified Asbestos Consultants and Sampling Technicians to provide you with professional consulting and asbestos testing.
You will need an asbestos survey before any kind of renovation or demolition in virtually all structures in Southern California.

To protect the public from the health effects of asbestos exposure, building materials need to be sampled before the renovation or demolition of all structures and buildings.

MOLD:
A standard mold inspection involves a thorough visual observation and detailed documentation of conditions that can promote mold growth. Where required, we will take photos and thermal imaging, record atmospheric, moisture & humidity readings, and list out areas of preventative maintenance.

If there are any areas of concern, we will recommend mold samples to determine the presence of mold spores. The main types of mold samples are air, surface and cavity samples. Approved samples are analyzed by a local laboratory to establish the different types & quantities of mold present.
