Futures™ -- Award Winning Work-Based Learning Program of the San Clemente Chamber of Commerce
Futures™ is a work-based learning program connecting high school students (grades 9–12) with leading local employers.
The program provides career exploration through hands-on exposure to real-world careers, while helping students build awareness, confidence, and practical skills tied to the county’s priority employment sectors.
The Futures™ model aligns high schools, Career and Technical Education (CTE), postsecondary partners, and employers into a shared, practical talent pipeline.
