Futures™  is a career exploration and work-based learning program connecting students with leading local employers.

This nationally recognized program provides hands on exposure to real-world careers, while helping students build awareness, confidence, and practical skills tied to the county’s priority employment sectors.

The model aligns high schools, Career and Technical Education (CTE), postsecondary partners, and employers into a shared, practical talent pipeline.
