Chamber Markets Members Restaurants with Official San Clemente Drink Contest - Bartenders select their favorite “home made” drink, which will be judged by a select group of local dignitaries, at Sunsets at the Pier, 610 Ave. Victoria on Thursday, March 22nd at 3:00 p.m. Chamber members are invited to attend and watch the bartenders as they mix their specialty drink and then present their beverage for judging. San Clemente Micro-Brew Fest - Taste your favorite area Micro Brews at the 2nd Annual San Clemente Beer Festival, Presented by Left Coast Brewing Co., on Saturday, April 21, 2012 at Left Coast Brewing Co., 1245 Puerta Del Sol in San Clemente from 12:00 p.m. until 5:00 p.m. Admission includes (12) 4oz Micro Brew samples. Friday, June 08 - Marine BBQ - Welcome Back Celebration
In an effort to Welcome Home and support the 2nd Battalion, 4th Marines and their families, the Chamber, City & Left Coast Brewing Co. will host a BBQ in their honor. The event will be held on Friday, June 8th at San Onofre Beach, Camp Pendleton. The Chamber is accepting gifts for the Marines and their children. If you would like to donate a gift(s) please contact the Chamber office. Either you may deliver the gift to the Chamber office or we will be happy to collect the gift at your establishment. All donors will be included in the Chamber Business Newsletter. Examples of gifts: Toys, Retail gift certificates, Dinner or lunch coupons, Movie tickets, Calling cards, Gift cards etc. Event items to be donated: Jump House, Petting Zoo, Decorations, Equipment etc. If you would like to volunteer, please call the Chamber office to sign-up. The “Taste” will be held at the beautiful Talega Golf Club, 990 Ave. Del Mar, SC Time: 6:00pm - 10:00pm The ticket price includes a complimentary "Taste of San Clemente" wine glass or beer mug, food, wine, entertainment and valet parking. Monday, May 28 - City of San Clemente - Memorial Day Observance
The City of San Clemente is hosting the annual MEMORIAL DAY OBSERVANCE to commemorate our fallen soldiers of war on Monday, May 28st from 11:00 am–12pm The program is hosted on the grounds of the San Clemente Community Center, located at 100 N. Calle Seville, on the corner of Del Mar. Please plan on coming early to allow for time to be seated. We promptly begin our presentations at 11am. This year key note speaker is Lt. Col. Carlton Hasle, US Marine Corp, Camp Pendleton.

Come join the fun – Waterman & Waterwoman Competitions, Surf & Bodysurf Contests, Fishing Derbies, Woody Car Exhibit, Ocean Art Show, Children’s Pavilion and much, much more! Saturday, start your day off w/a delicious pancake breakfast, enjoy the activities and events of the day and as the sun sets join friends & family for a FREE concert.
